If you had of bothered to continue reading, as you so clearly did not, I said that saying pregnant women instead of birthing person is also acceptable. That is provided all the people you are referring to are women who are pregnant.

But, what you so clearly do not understand is that not everyone who has a fully working vagina (what you would consider to be a woman) do not wish to be referred to as women. Hell, a majority of them do not present as the socially acceptable version of a woman, and may have the hairiest arms out there. Would you consider someone who looks like a man with a fully functioning vagina a woman? No, you would call them a man.

But that is only in absolutes. If you are talking about everyone in the entire world who can give birth, you should say birthing person. However, if you are not, you can say women, pregnant women, women who give birth, or however you want to refer to women.

Nobody is stopping you from living your dream of calling women women.
